• Permissions, APR Monitoring, CRA Objection, Incidents/ Verification/ Investigation, Adjudica- tion, Legal / Litigation/ NCLT/ DRT/ Court Cases
• Job Work/ Repair Passes, RMS Assessment & Examination, Endorsement of GST Invoices, Other Assignments.
• Approval of sub-contracting of abroad in terms of Rule 41 (2) of the SEZ Rule 2006 and timely monitoring of the same for compliance in terms of SEZ Rules, 2006
• Deal with RTI matters Sub section 2 of section 5 of RTI Act,2005.
• CRA/CAG & all audit related issues accept the audit of SEZ Units for indirect taxes
